The CUBBE Institute was born from one person’s decision to not just change careers, but change lives. After two decades in the corporate world, Ashish Kalia took a bold leap into the world of psychology, inspired by the deep need for trained caregivers, educators, and mental health professionals who could serve the most vulnerable—special children.
During his internship at CUBBE Clinics, under the mentorship of Dr. Raqib Ali, Ashish saw firsthand the growing gap between the demand for quality care and the limited number of skilled individuals equipped to offer it. That moment of clarity gave rise to a purpose much larger than himself.
Thus, CUBBE Institute was formed—not just as an educational body, but as a movement. A mission. A way to give back.
Our Vision
To create an ecosystem of trained caregivers, psychologists, special educators, shadow teachers, parents, school teachers, and volunteers—all working together to support, uplift, and mainstream special children.
We aim to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and community needs, combining structured education with real-world application.
